
The Color Craft series has been condensed into a 5-day sprint format, streamlining the content into focused, intensive sessions that prepare participants for the Wella Color Expert program or to simply improve their color craft. Each seminar uses a blended learning approach, combining practical workshops with theory to ensure participants gain hands-on experience and skills they can apply immediately.
Color Craft I (Foundations of Wella Coloring):
- Focuses on Wella Color Portfolio, hair biology, consultation skills, and time-saving application techniques.
- Participants will learn the essentials of hair composition, structure, pigmentation, and how to apply color effectively.
- A hands-on workshop provides practice with Wella Coloring.
Color Craft II (Dimensional Color & Lightening Techniques):
- Focuses on creating dimensional looks using techniques like balayage and foils.
- Teaches sectioning strategies, lightness placement, and time-efficient application.
- Participants learn real-world techniques and how to select the right foiling methods based on consultation.
Color Craft III (Color Correction):
- Focuses on advanced color correction techniques, including removal, recoloring, and troubleshooting color challenges.
- Teaches how to identify and correct color problems, create effective strategies, and manage client expectations.
- Participants will also receive business-building tips to guide clients with aftercare maintenance.
